SERIES JYG FINE OIL FILTER

JYG型精密滤油机不仅适用于各类液压油、润滑油的过滤净化，而且广泛用于电站、电厂、变电工区、石油、化工、冶金、钢铁、交通、拖拉机站、国防工业等单位过滤净化绝缘油、透平油、润滑油、液压油、机械油等液体油液中的杂质微粒，能达到废油再生的目的。

Model JYG Fine Oul Filter is mainly used for removing impurities and grains from insulation od, turtine oil, lube otl, hydraulic oil and mechanical oil.

工作原理

本精密滤油机是在动力电源的驱动下使油液经粗滤器滤除大颗粒杂质，然后，油液在流经一级精过滤器时，大于10-20μm杂质微粒被滤除，最后，油液进入二级精过滤器，油中的细小微粒被彻底滤除。

过滤器过滤芯精度根据用户要求配备，最高可达Iμm油液清洁度最高可达NAS16386级，

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

Oil is delivered into coarse filter where big particles are removed and then oil passes through Stage 1 Fine Fihter where impatities above 10-20μm are filtered out and finally, oil passes through Stage 2 Fine Filter where tiny particles are thoroughly removed.

Filter cores can be matched according to user's requirements, Filter cores up to lum can be available. Cleanness ofoil treated can reach to NASI6386class

精密滤油机主要由粗滤器、齿轮油泵，级精过滤器、二级精过滤器、安全阀、压力表进出口阀门及移动小车组成。

粗过滤器是一个网式过滤器，分两级粗过滤，滤网为不锈钢网，一级为40目，二级为60目，

精过滤元件是由棉脱脂后的棉纤维滤层材料缠绕在多孔不锈钢骨架上形成蜂房式滤芯。本滤芯孔径外大内小，具有优良的深层过滤效果。

齿轮油泵设有安全阀(出厂时安全阀压力调节在工作压力的150%左右)。

Fine filter mainly consists of coarse filter, Stage 1 Fine Filter, Stage 2 Fine Filter, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, inlet/ outlet valve and a movable cart.

Coarse filter is of screened one, which is composed of two stages of filtering, And screen is made of stainless steel. First stage is of 40 mesh and second stage is of 60mesh.

Fine filter element is honeycomb filter core (Defatted cotton layers wound around multi-pore stainless steel frame). The filter core has bigger outer diameter and smaller inner diameter, having good filtering result.

Gear oil plump is provided with a safety valve.

The valve was set to 150% of operating pressure when it left factory.
