SERIES ZJCQ TURBINE OIL FILTER(FOR TREATING STEAM TURBINE LUBE OIL)

主要适用于净化含有大量水份(30%左右)或乳化、污染严重以及酸值明显升高的透平油的净化处理。

This machine is designed for treating turbine oil containing much water (30% or so), high acid value and much pollutants and emulsified matter.

主要特征和优点

• 利用世界上最先进的“油膜拉张渗透法”原理脱气、脱水，同时采用世界上最先进的WGF破乳聚结分离装置和GF高分子净化相结合的成套组合工艺，使本机破乳及脱水快速，彻底。

• 高低油位自动保护、红外线探测自动消泡、高效针刺灭泡，自动恒温，自动化程度高，操作灵敏可靠

• 机械杂质的过滤为三级过滤，一级粗过滤，一级精过滤，一级磁性过滤，过滤精度达到5μm,油净化清洁度达到NAS1638。5级。

• 真空系统采用真空泵油自动循环过滤装置及高效换热装置，使真空系统的运行更加可靠。

• 进出油泵采用目前世界上最先进的TYB型高吸程专用输油泵，噪声低。

  
  

MAIN FEATURES AND MERITS

• Degassing and dehydration is realized by means of international most advanced  "Oil Film Tension Ososks Process”,Besides, international most advanced wGF cmulsion-breakdown aggrogation/ separation unit poly- molccular purification process is also adopted. Therefore, emulsion-breakdown and dehydration is complete and fast.

• It features of high/ low oil level automatic protection, automalic foam-climinating by means of infrared probe, high effective needle foam elimination, automatic constant tcmpcraturc maintcnance, high automation and casy/ reliable operation.

• Three filter stages arc available for filtering mnechanical impurities, namely one coarse fihtering, one fine filtering and one magnetic filtering, with filter fineness of 5 um, Cleanness of oil purified reaches to NAS 1638 class 5.

• Vacumm system adopes wter-circulation vacuum pump, vacuum and high-efficiency heat-exchange is obtained by scaled water circulation.

• The most advanced Model TYB high-hift special delivery pump with low noise is used as inlet/ outlet oil pump.

• 待净化油指标:

• 含水30%左右，乳化严重，污染度NASI63815级，经本机数次净化处理后可达下列指标:

• 外观:无杂质、透明、无游离水

• 残余水份{<}0.01%

• 公称过滤精度≤5pm

• 净化清洁度NAS 16385级

• 该机除能达到上述指标外，还具备:

• 酸值≤0.03mgKOH/g

• 油的氧化产物脱除率达到99%以上

MAIN PERFORMANCE INDEX

• Index for oil to be purified: 

• Water content: 30% or so. After treated for several times, oil seriously emulsified can reach to following index:

• Appearance: No impurities, transparent, no free water.

• Residual water {<}0.01%,

• Nominal filter fineness ≤5μm
