SERIES KCB, 2CY, WCB GEAR OIL PUMP

本齿轮油泵采用日本技术进行设计制造，其噪声低，性能稳定，轮齿脉动冲击值低，安全可靠，维护保养方便。

主要适用于输送介质温度80℃以下，运动粘度80cst以下重油、中油、轻油、食用油及其它类似粘度的油液。

但不适用于输送含硫成分过高的、腐蚀性的、含有硬质颗粒的，以及含有纤维的油液，也不适用于输送高挥发性的，闪点低的油液。

WCB系列齿轮油泵是一种微型手提式油泵，主要适用于在无动力电源的情况下，利用照明电源为各种电力设备或油桶之间转运油用。

The gear oil pump is designed and fabricated with Japanese technique. It is characterized by low noise, stable performances, low gear pulse impact value, safety and reliability and casy maintenance and service.

It is suitable for delivering heavy oil, mcdium oil & high oil with moving viscosity bclow 80est, cdible oil as well as other oils with identical viscosity. But it is not ideal for delivering corrosive oils containing excessive sulphur and hard grains as well as fiber and not for volatile oils and low flash point oils.

Series WCB gear oil pump is of mini portable onc which is designed for application where no clectric power can be provided. The pump is driven by battery supply.

安全装置

除WCB系列齿轮油泵外，KCB、2CY系列齿轮油泵均带有安全阀。当油路中的阻力超过安全压力(设定为150%的工作压力)时，安全阀自动打开回油，使排油腔的油回到吸油腔，从而保护电机及机械部件。

SAFETY DEVICE

Series KCB,ZCY gear oil pumps are provided with safety valves with exception of Series WCB.In case that oil circuit resistance exceeds safety pressure (150% of operating pressure), safety valves open automatically to make oil in discharge cavity go back suction cavity so that motor and mechanical parts are protected.
